Engage Pay cannot process refunds because your property management company controls all payment decisions, including refunds.
Engage Pay’s role is to process payments and send them to your property. Once a payment is submitted, only your property manager can decide:
- Whether a refund is approved
- The refund amount
- When the refund is issued
Because of this, Engage Pay must have authorization from your property before any refund can be processed.
