When submitting a payment with a credit card or debit card, it may take two to three business days to clear your bank or credit account. Card transactions are instantly authorized, so funds will instantly be pending for your transaction. When the transaction is made, an email payment confirmation is automatically sent to the property management staff with a date and time stamp of the payment if they are subscribed to receive the notification.
eCheck Payments:
Opting for an eCheck payment offers similar convenience, albeit with a slightly longer processing time compared to card payments. The clearance of funds from your bank account is anticipated within three to five business days.

It's important to note that your property recognizes payments on the day they are submitted, not counting the clearing process of each payment. This means that the property management records the payment based on the submission date, not when the funds are fully cleared.
