When a payment is submitted through our system, an email confirmation is automatically sent to the property manager who has opted to receive notifications. This notification includes a timestamp indicating the exact time the transaction was made.
The email notification informs the property manager that the payment was submitted on that day but has not yet cleared. Once the payment is deposited into the property's bank account, another email containing a deposit confirmation will be sent to the property manager, provided they are subscribed to receive such notifications. Also, the property manager will receive an email notification in case of any reversed payments.
