Option 1: Request a copy of the confirmation email
If you deleted your payment confirmation email, our Customer Support team can resend it to you.

Option 2: View payment details in your online account
You can also find your payment information by signing in to your RentPayment account.
Steps:
1. Go to https://rentpayment.com/pay/login.html/ and sign in as a returning user
2. Open the Main Menu and select My Account.
If you don’t see it, select Menu in the upper‑right corner
3. Click Payment History
Your payment history will show:
- Payment dates
- Payment amounts
- Reference number
