If you plan to make a manual payment before your scheduled Autopay date, we recommend skipping the upcoming Autopay to avoid duplicate payments.
Be sure to skip Autopay at least 2 business days before the draft date.
Steps to Skip Autopay
- From the Main Menu, select Autopay.
2. In the Manage Your Autopay section, select Skip Dates.
3. Click the month or months you want to skip.
- For example, click August to skip the August payment.
- The status will change from Pay to Skip.
4. The skipped month(s) will appear on the Manage Your Autopay screen for confirmation.
Additional Helpful Information When Skipping Autopay
- Skipping Autopay applies only to the month(s) you select. Autopay will automatically resume according to the schedule and length you originally set (for example, monthly or yearly).
- You must skip Autopay at least 2 business days before the scheduled draft date for the skip to take effect.
- Skipping Autopay does not cancel it. Autopay will continue in future months unless you manually cancel or edit it.
- If you skip Autopay, you are responsible for making a manual payment to avoid late fees or missed payments.
- Review your Autopay screen after skipping to confirm the skipped month shows correctly.
- If your payment method changes, make sure your Autopay is updated with the new payment information before the next scheduled draft.
- Property rules still apply. Skipping Autopay does not change due dates, late fees, or payment policies set by your property management.
