1. Begin by signing in to https://portal.rentpayment.com/pay/login.html as a returning user.
2. Once you’re logged in, go to the Main Menu. Find the section labeled 'Autopay.' (If the Main Menu isn't visible, click on the 'Autopay' icon in the upper right corner of the webpage to display it.)
This area enables you to establish a new Autopay or manage your Autopay preferences for an existing one.
3. On the left, set up the Autopay preferences: Payment Day, Frequency, Start Date, and End Date.
4. Depending on your property settings, you can have one or both of the following Autopay types:
Fixed Amount: Enter the fixed monthly payment amount in the RENT box. Then, choose a saved payment card or bank account from the dropdown menu or add a new payment method. Finally, click 'Set a Fixed Autopay' to confirm the automatic payments.
Any applicable service fees will be displayed in this section.
Please note that the payment method available to you will depend on your property preferences. For instance, your Autopay may allow payments via credit card, debit card, or eCheck, or it might only permit eCheck payments.
OR
Pay Full Balance: Enter the minimum and maximum amounts your property can charge, then review and accept the terms and conditions. This Autopay option is helpful when your rent changes due to additional fees like utilities.
Select a saved card or bank account from the dropdown menu or add a new payment method. Any applicable service fees will be displayed in this section.
