To cancel your Autopay, follow the steps below.
Steps
1. Log in as a Returning User at: https://portal.rentpayment.com/pay/login.html
2. Select Autopay from the top‑right corner of the page.
- If you do not see Autopay, click Menu first, then select Autopay.
3. Click Delete.
4. Select “Yes, Delete” to confirm.
- This change takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Confirmation
If an email address is on file, you will receive a confirmation email once Autopay is deleted.
Important Things to Know When Canceling Autopay
- Canceling Autopay takes effect immediately. If you cancel Autopay by mistake, you will need to set it up again.
- Any scheduled Autopay payments after cancellation will not run. You are responsible for making manual payments going forward.
- Always look for the confirmation email to make sure your Autopay was successfully canceled.
- Property payment rules still apply. Canceling Autopay does not change your rent due date, grace period, or late fee policy.
