RentPayment offers a cash payment option called PayByCash, which is processed through MoneyGram.
PayByCash is not available at all properties, so you should first check with your property manager to confirm that cash payments are accepted at your location.
What you need to pay with cash (PayByCash)
When paying at a MoneyGram location, you will need the following RentPayment information:
- PayByCash Account Number (your unique 8‑digit number)
- Company Name: RENTPAYMENT
- Receive Code: 9798
How to find your PayByCash account number

Sign in to your RentPayment account at: https://portal.rentpayment.com/pay/login.html
- Open the Main Menu and select My Account

If you don’t see the menu, select Menu in the upper‑right corner

- Select PayByCash from the left‑hand menu
- Your 8‑digit PayByCash account number will be displayed
- You’ll also see the three closest MoneyGram locations near your property
You can also visit MoneyGram.com or contact your property management office for a full list of nearby MoneyGram locations.

- Cash payments must be made in person at a MoneyGram location
