Before you call, have this ready
- The phone number linked to your RentPayment account
- The last four digits of your payment method (card or bank account)

Important reminders
- Not all properties support payments through the automated phone system (IVR).
- If IVR is available, you can only pay the full balance shown on your account. You cannot change the payment amount or make partial payments through the IVR system.
- The automated phone system cannot be used to set up a payment plan. For payment plans, you must contact your property manager directly.
