What does this mean?
Your routing number may be valid, but it is not currently recognized by our system.
This can sometimes happen with smaller banks or credit unions.
What should I do?
Please contact our Support Team and provide:
- Your bank's name
- The routing number you are using
We will work with our payment provider to verify and add the routing number if needed.
How long does it take?
Requests to add a new routing number typically take 2–3 business days to complete.
Can I make a payment right away?
Not with that bank account. Once the routing number has been added to our system, you can return to the Resident Portal or mobile app and add the account again.
After 2–3 business days, you can:
- Try adding the account again online, or
- Contact Support for an update
If requested, we can also notify you by email once we have confirmed that the routing number has been added.
