There are several ways to update your payment account details.
Option 1: Update Through Your RentPayment Account (Website)
1. Log in to your RentPayment account at https://rentpayment.com/pay/login.html
2. Select Menu, then click My Account.
3. Choose Payment Accounts.
- From this section, you can add, view, edit, or delete saved payment methods such as credit cards or bank accounts.
Option 2: Update Through the RentPayment Mobile App
- Sign in as a Returning User.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select Payment Methods.
4. Choose the payment method you want to edit or delete.
- Saved cards and bank accounts will be displayed for easy management.
Option 3: Contact Customer Care
If you’re unable to update your payment information using the options above, you can contact us by:

Security Note:
- New payment cards or bank accounts can only be added by phone for security reasons.
- Updates to existing accounts (such as changing an expiration date or billing address) can be completed via chat or email.
Important Reminders

Do not share full payment details through chat, email, or support tickets.
- Agents will only ask for the last four digits for verification.
- If you delete a payment method linked to an active Autopay, be sure to update or cancel Autopay to avoid payment failures.
- To do this, go to the Autopay section and select Edit.
- Accepted payment types depend on your property management’s settings.
