Important Reminders:
Please don't share your complete payment information via chat, email, or support tickets. Our agents will not request this information in written form; they only need to verify the last four digits.
If you remove a payment method linked to your active Autopay, it's vital to update your Autopay with new payment information to guarantee successful payment processing. This step is particularly important when using a bank account, as failed payments could lead to reversal fees from your property management, raising your costs. To accomplish this, go to the Autopay section and find the 'EDIT' button.
The accepted payment methods depend on the specific settings of your property management. For example, a property may allow only bank account and debit card transactions, excluding credit card payments. If that's the situation, you will probably encounter the error message' Your property does not accept this payment type' when trying to save your payment information.
