1. Begin by signing in to https://rentpayment.com/pay/login.html/ as a returning user.
2. After logging in, open the Main Menu and go to My Account.
- If the Main Menu is not visible, click the Menu icon (upper right corner of the page) to display it.
3. In the left‑hand sidebar, select Payment Accounts.
- This section allows you to view and manage saved payment methods.
4. Locate the payment account you want to update and click Update.
5. Select the new expiration date from the dropdown menus and click Save.

- Cardholder name
- Billing address associated with the payment method

If you still cannot update your payment card, try the following:
- Confirm that all required fields (expiration date, cardholder name, and billing address) are filled out correctly.
- Delete the saved payment card from your Payment Accounts, then re‑add the card with the new expiration date and save the updated payment method.
- Try updating your payment information using a different web browser.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then attempt the update again.
