Here are the steps to remove a saved payment method from your account. We also strongly recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox as your browser.
1. Sign in to https://rentpayment.com/pay/login.html/Payment.com as a returning user.
2. From the Main Menu, select ‘My Account.’ Note: If you don't see the Main Menu, click 'Menu' in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Click 'Payment Accounts’ on the left side of the screen.
4. Select ‘Delete' next to the payment account you wish to remove.
Important Reminder:
If the card or bank account you are deleting is connected to an active Autopay, you need to cancel or update the Autopay payment details to prevent payment errors.
