Steps
1. Sign in to RentPayment as a returning user:
https://rentpayment.com/pay/login.html
2. Open the Main Menu and select My Account.
- If the Main Menu is not visible, click Menu in the upper‑right corner of the page.
3. Select Payment Accounts from the left‑hand menu.
4. Click Delete next to the payment method you want to remove.
Important Reminder
If the card or bank account you are deleting is linked to an active Autopay, you must cancel or update the Autopay settings first to avoid payment errors.
