When you move to a new apartment or housing unit that uses RentPayment, you cannot keep the same account.
Your property manager will create a new profile for your new property, and you will need to set up a new login to manage payments online or in the RentPayment mobile app.
Important Reminder
Before you move, make sure to cancel any active Autopay payments linked to your old property. This helps prevent unexpected charges or payment issues after you move out.
