You may need an Account Number or Account ID to claim or set up your RentPayment profile.
Where to Find Your Account Number
Your Account Number is created when your property manager sets up your RentPayment account. It may be provided to you in one of the following ways:
- An email with sign‑up instructions
- A letter mailed to your residence
- Your lease agreement
- Information generated by your property management’s software system
Important Security Note
For security reasons, RentPayment cannot provide or look up your Account Number.
What to Do If You Can’t Find It
If you do not know or cannot locate your Account Number, please contact your property manager directly. They are the only ones who can provide or confirm this information.
After Your Account Is Set Up
Once you have your Account Number and create your RentPayment account, you will only need to log in using your username and password going forward.
