We're sorry to hear you are having difficulty accessing your account. To reset your password online, please follow these steps:
1. Visit https://portal.rentpayment.com/pay/login.html or download our app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
2. Click the "Having trouble logging in?" link below the login button. Users of the mobile app must first click on “Login help?”

3. Select the option corresponding to your issue and click "Submit. "
4. A confirmation page will display if the process is successful, indicating an email has been sent. Click the “Reset Login” link in the email you will receive. The link will remain valid for 24 hours.
5. Fill in the fields and click the "Reset Login" button to set your new password. You need to enter your new password twice.
The password should be between 12 and 30 characters long
Include at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, and one of the following special characters: ~! @ # $ % ^ & * () _ - \ /
Avoid using the question mark '?', less than '<, 'and greater than '>' symbols.
It must be different from your login ID.
Lastly, avoid using the same character or sequence more than twice (e.g., 111, aaa, 123, ABC,!!).
If successful, you will be automatically logged in and taken to the home page.
Important Reminders:
If you select 'I don't know my username/password but know my email, ' and the link returns an invalid link error message, multiple RentPayment usernames may be linked to your email address. If you remember which username you'd like to reset, you can use the 'I know my username but don't know my password' option.
If you haven't received the email link, the email address we have on file may be different from the one you provided.
