How do I change my account details with RentPayment?

• To update account information associated with your listing(s) such as mailing address, email address, phone number or tax ID, please fill in the Account Change form.
• If you’d like to update the banking information or bank account linked to your RentPayment account, please fill in the Bank Account Change Form.

We'll then start confirming we have everything we need to process your request. You'll receive an email from us to confirm that your details have been updated within 7 business days, or if there's any issues, we'll let you know exactly what to do next.
