To navigate to the Make a Payment screen, follow one of the below methods:
1. First, create an account and ensure you add a preferred payment method.
2. Alternatively, you can directly log in at https://portal.rentpayment.com/pay/login.html
3. Once logged into your account, locate and click on the Menu button situated in the upper right corner. Next, select the Make a Payment option from the Main Menu. Should you not have a valid payment account registered, you'll be prompted first to add a payment method.
When you're prepared to proceed with a payment, adhere to the detailed steps below:
Please note: The exact steps may differ based on your property's specific settings. You might not be able to view your due amount, the payable amount might be non-adjustable, or you might be required to confirm your payment through email or text message. Additionally, service fees may be applicable for some payment methods.
4. Verify the payment account: Ensure the account you intend to use for payment is displayed under the section titled 'Payment Method'. If the correct account isn't showing, click the down arrow to choose a different account, or select 'Add Payment Method' to include a new one.
5. Enter payment amount: In the 'Payment Summary' section, enter the amount you wish to pay and then click 'Continue'.
6. Payment details confirmation: A pop-up window will emerge, providing a summary of your payment details. Review all the information to ensure accuracy, then click 'Complete Payment'.
7. Payment confirmation: Once your payment is processed successfully, a confirmation page will appear summarizing the details of your transaction. You can print this confirmation from the bottom of the window for your records.
