Below are the detailed instructions for setting up a new account:
1. Visit https://mrisoftware.rentpayment.com/ and navigate to the "Make a Payment?" section, then click on "Set Up Account."
Please be aware that the steps may appear differently depending on your internet browser or your property management company's settings. If needed, you may have to contact your property or leasing office to obtain your Account Code, also known as your Resident ID or Tenant Code (T-code).
2. Search for your property name.
3. From the provided list, select your property and click "Select."
If your property is not listed, you can click "Search Again" to restart Step 1 or contact your property for further guidance.
Pease note: If your property utilizes integrated resident management software, you might be prompted for additional information. If not, you can proceed to step 5.
4. Enter the required information to locate your account. You may have the option to select from the following:
- Resident ID
- Account Number
- Last Name and Unit Number*
- Choose Your Street*
*Selecting these options will require you to confirm your full name and address in Step 5. If the information entered does not align with your property's records, an error message will be displayed. In such a case, please retry or contact your property for assistance.
5. Complete all necessary fields, dropdown boxes, and checkboxes. Check the "I Agree" box to read and acknowledge the "User Agreement" and "Privacy Policy. "
Note: The provided example is for a non-integrated account. For integrated accounts, adjustments to your name and unit information may not be possible or may need to be selected from a drop-down list.
6. Click "Save & Continue" to finalize the account creation process.
If your account setup is successful, you will be directed to step 2: Adding a Payment Method.
