Option 1: By Email
Open a ClickPay email and click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the message.
Option 2: Online (RentPayment Website)
- Go to www.rentpayment.com and log in.
- Click the Menu button in the upper-right corner.
- Select Rent Reminders.
- On the Rent Reminders page:
- The left panel controls text message reminders.
- The right panel controls email reminders.
- Use the toggle switch in the upper-right corner of each panel to turn notifications on or off.
- To change when you receive reminders, use the dropdown menus.
- Click Update when you’re done.
Important Notes
- You will continue to receive ClickPay emails as long as:
- Your profile is active in RentPayment and
- You have not unsubscribed from ClickPay emails.
- If you moved out of a property and are still getting ClickPay emails:
- Log in to your old RentPayment account
- Follow the steps above to turn notifications off.
