As RentPayment is only involved in the processing of your rent payments, any and all questions/concerns regarding the ability to make your payments due to financial difficulties should be directed to your local property manager and property management company. It is very likely that they have a contact email address that you should reach out to regarding your lease and expectations. Please keep in mind that your local leasing office may be closed, so you'll want to refer to any documentation/flyers/communications you've received from your property management company for the best way to contact them.

Property Management Companies have a contract with RentPayment that provides services for a specified rate. On occasion, Property Management Companies will work with RentPayment to have those fees adjusted. This can lead to an experience that may change over time. I normally pay with a physical check, but my leasing office is closed. How do I pay now? I normally pay via MoneyGram, but I am supposed to shelter in place, what can I do?
