To reset your password online, please follow these steps:
- Go to your account page or www.rentpayment.com and select “Resident Sign In” in the upper right.
- Click the "Having trouble logging in?" link below the login button. Mobile App users will first need to click on “Login help?”
- Select the option that matches your issue, fill in any fields that appear, and click "Submit".
If successful, a confimation page will appear indicating that an email was sent.
- Click the “Reset Login” link in the email you receive.
- Fill in the fields and click the "Reset Login" button to set your new password.
If successful, you will be automatically logged in and taken to the home page.
