Changing your bank account information is easy! Simply follow the 5 steps below:
- Click on the "Bank Change Form" link below and enter your name and email.

- You will receive an email from "RP TAM" including a DocuSign form link. (If you don't receive this email within minutes, please contact Customer Support.)
- Click on the "Review Document" button. This will open the editable document.
- After deciding to consent to the terms, you will be prompted to enter your new bank information.
- When you are finished editing, click on "Sign", select your signature style, then click the "Adopt and Sign" button.
