How do I change my bank account information?

Changing your bank account information is easy! Simply follow the 5 steps below:

  1. Click on the "Bank Change Form" link below and enter your name and email.

  2. You will receive an email from "RP TAM" including a DocuSign form link. (If you don't receive this email within minutes, please contact Customer Support.)
  3. Click on the "Review Document" button. This will open the editable document.
  4. After deciding to consent to the terms, you will be prompted to enter your new bank information.
  5. When you are finished editing, click on "Sign", select your signature style, then click the "Adopt and Sign" button.
