- Go to your account page or www.rentpayment.com and select the option“Resident Sign in” in the top right corner of the site.
- Click the "Having trouble logging in?" link below the "Sign In" button on the RentPayment.com homepage. Mobile App users need will first need to click on “Login help?”
3. Tell us what the issue is by selecting one of the listed options.
4. Fill in any fields that appear and click Submit.
5. Follow the prompts, or check the email address that is registered on your profile for a password reset link.
6. Click the “Reset Login” link.
7. You will be prompted to reset your login after clicking the link.
8. You will be automatically logged in after resetting your password.
