What types of refunds can you process?

We process refunds for eChecks, credit cards, and debit cards.

To request a refund, please either submit a web ticket, initiate a chat, or email customerservice@rentpayment.com with the reference number of the payment to be refunded, the amount of the payment, and the name of the payee for the payment.

Please note: only property staff can request a payment refund.
