How do I process a renter or applicant payment in my office?

Login to your account and click the "Make Payment" link on the main menu. Next you will be asked to choose an "existing resident" or select "applicant." Make your selection and simply key in the card information into the credit/debit card fields on the screen.

A processing fee will be charged to the property for In-person payments. If you do not currently have this option available, please have your corporate admin contact accountmanagement@rentpayment.com and we can assist with adding this feature.
