Tenants with RentPayment accounts may call, toll-free, 866-289-5977 to make a payment by phone through our Automated Voice Response system available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.
You will need to have your Account Number and PIN ready at the time of your phone payment; this information is available in your account at RentPayment. To locate this information, follow these steps:
1) Log into RentPayment
2) At the top right, select Menu
3) Select My Account
4) At the left, select PayByPhone. Your Phone User ID and 4 digit PIN will be listed.
If you don't have a RentPayment online account, you will not be able to use the Automated Voice Response system. To create an account, please see this article.
Alternatively, you may always make a payment with a RentPayment Client Care Representative; in order to do so, please call toll free 866-289-5977 option 1, 7 days a week (5AM to 9PM PST).
